Due to expansion we are looking to take on an Apprentice, we are looking for a motivated, reliable honest hard working individual to join our small team. All training will be provided on the job, and in conjunction with Craft skills Scotland, working towards various SCQF qualifications and eventually the craft butcher diploma.

The successful applicant will be trained in whole carcass butchery, sausage and burger manufacture, retail serving of the public, manufacture and baking of our range of traditional and specialty pies and food hygiene and HACCP qualifications. Would consider an individual part way through their apprenticeship, or a butcher with previous experience that we could train up.
